Graduation portrait session in Maryland

What a graduation session looks like

We start with your campus landmarks — the stadium, the sign, the building you actually spent four years in — then move somewhere with better light for the portraits that end up framed. Bring the stole, the cords, a second outfit. An hour is usually plenty for a full set.

Where we shoot

Towson University, Morgan State, UMBC, Coppin State, Bowie State, and the University of Maryland are all regular stops, plus downtown Baltimore and the DC monuments when you want the city in frame. Travel across Maryland is included.

What you get back

A curated edited gallery in 5-7 days, plus your full raw set. Retouching is done by hand — skin kept real, gown colors corrected, nothing plastic. Rush delivery in 48 hours is available if the grad party is this weekend.

Common questions

Before you book.

How much does a graduation photographer cost in Maryland?

Sessions start at $175 for 30 minutes and $280 for a full hour, which covers most cap-and-gown shoots. A $100 deposit holds your date and the balance is due the day of the shoot.

How far in advance should I book graduation photos?

Two to three weeks in May is safe. Graduation season fills fastest in the first two weeks of May, so earlier is better if your ceremony is then.

Can we shoot on my campus?

Yes. Most Maryland campuses allow portrait sessions in public outdoor areas. If your school requires a permit, let me know when booking and we will plan around it.

Do you photograph the ceremony too?

Yes — event coverage starts at $320 for two hours and works well for the ceremony plus the party afterward.
